staff will help start your Summer off right with our Jumpstart
Fitness Program. The Jumpstart Program includes a fitness evaluation/goal
setting session, a nutrition counseling session and eight one-hour personal
fitness training sessions. You will learn how to incorporate healthy eating
and exercise into your daily life creating lifelong healthy habits.

Eat Breakfast
Begin each day with a healthy breakfast. It will wake up your metabolism
and fuel your energy for the day. Oatmeal with fruit or an egg white
omelet are great choices. |

Water, water
and more water!
Drink at least eight cups of water everyday. Weve all heard
if before and yes it is true that drinking water throughout the day
curbs hunger, fights fatigue and helps to flush out your system. |

Get Moving
Begin with ten minutes of physical activity everyday. Take a walk,
play with your kids outside, take the stairs instead of the elevator
or park far away from the mall. The opportunities are endless you
just have to look for them. Your body doesnt care what you do
or when you do it, as long as it gets done! |
